The same sentence? Both are sentenced to die, but one is sentenced because He is King of the Jews. That wasn't even a criminal offense in the Roman world. The other probably killed someone, or at least did something that was actually against the law.
Kind of crazy. They were both in the same boat though. God and a killer (I'm just going to assume that's what it was because I can't get it out of my head). Both hanging on a cross. Both would be dead in a few hours. Both fully human.
