LUKE 22:70

 They all asked, "Are You then the Son of God?"  He replied, "You say that I am." - Luke 22:70

Why didn't You just say that You were?  I am trying to think of a time when you said specifically that You were the Son of God, but I don't think You did.  Was that because You want us to make our own decisions?  Even at this moment, you were giving them a chance to decide for themselves.

Whoa!  How about that?  You never said that You were the Son of God, but they killed You for being the Son of God.  So, it wasn't heresy.  You were killed because they thought You were the Son of God.  Ironic.
